| Refund and Exchange policy |

You will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
However, any defective item can be returned and exchanged within 10 days if the item is available. In the case of the like item being unavailable you will be refunded the item cost.
When returning, please ensure that the item is carefully packaged in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all parts intact. All returned items must be in new unused condition.
No exchange or refund will be given for obvious signs of use such as missing parts, missing packaging, materials, scratches, smudges or other marks indicating use, etc.
All shipping costs for return of defective items and delivery of exchanged item is to be borne by the company. Any defective item will be replaced within 15 days of delivery if a like item is available. |
